Canes Country Points - Ducks at Canes

We will continue as before and give readers a chance to pick up 30 points, even if that has proven difficult the past few games. Earn 10 points for each correct answer.

  1. Guess the Hurricane who scores first in the game

  2. Guess the Hurricane who will register the most hits for the game, (according to the "super stats" on the Carolina Hurricanes website)

  3. Guess the Hurricane called for the first penalty

Good Luck!

I will have a game preview up early in the afternoon.

If one player scores the first goal, gets the most hits, and takes the first penalty, can we call that a Canes Country hat trick?

The key is consistency, right? :)
Ruutu for all three.
And if Dwyer gets the first penalty then I’ll… I’ll… stamp my foot in frustration.

Whitney scores first
Wallin gets the most hits
Brookbank gets the penalty
Tonight should be a good look for the power play as the Ducks have struggled on the PK so far this season. The Flyers were a stronger PK so I look for the Canes power play to see more time & space today. No excuses on special teams today.

Unless your a Wings fan..

Was a dam fun watch to be sure.

I’ve been a closet Bruins fan for a couple years now. I swear I never thought Chara could play in this league.

Shows what I know!!
