Canes Country Points - Flyers at Canes

Time again to win points toward free tickets.

We are going with the five questions again for a possible 50 points. Right now one person already has 50 points, (Jonathan), and two people have 40 each, (David and Andrea). A ton of people have a start and everyone is still in this thing. Will Jonathan get lucky and close the deal tonight?

For more details check out this link.

Earn 10 points for each correct answer to the following-

  1. Guess the Hurricane who scores first

  2. Guess the Hurricane who is called for the first penalty

  3. Guess the Hurricane who is credited with the most hits

  4. Guess which team will win

  5. Guess the final score

Eaves
Canes!!

(I still want LaCouture up from Albany…. better all-around skill and holistic/synergistic contributions than those offered by Brookbank.)

Hey SF, would gnawing really only be a minor? I guess if he broke the skin, it would be a double minor? So how about 4 min for gnawing…?
:)
I’d like to see LaCouture get more of a chance too, but I do like Brookbank.

We have two Davids, one has a small print quilt, the other larger print. The David with the most points has the smaller print and will be labeled David S1, the one with larger print David L1. Here is how the points worked out this game.

Did I make a mistake? Please let me know.

How in the hell are you supposed to be able to see that coming??? I doubt either has been first in that stat before.

Eaves has actually won two games in a row. (new coach syndrome?)

Brind’Amour? First time this year he has led the team.

by Bubba on Dec 7, 2008 11:19 AM EST reply actions

Hmmm, NS? Hey, maybe the dude is gonna find his game. the skinny on him was he was a physical and skilled forward. I hope he brings it. He looked better the last two outings. He doesn’t have Cole’s size or probably hands, but as close as we get the better. LaRose hit somebody last night pretty good, ‘cept he bounced off. We gotta get more than Ruu banging and Brookbank swinging. Conboy, I thought was very calm and played a good first game. When he gets comfy, I think he’s going to be nasty.

I hope someone hits Ovechkin. He likes that kind of game, so let’s give it to him in spades.
