The Hurricanes goalies were featured in 3 of the 10 "saves of 2009" featured on NHL.com. Cam Ward's beauty of a save against Bill Guerin and the Penguins is actually #1.The other two Hurricane appearances are from Manny Legace and Michael Leighton. Although its nice to have 3 spots in the top 10, it sort of says a lot about our team positioning if we need our goalies to pull saves out of nowhere.
