The Hurricanes are having their final full day of rest before gearing up for the season's remaining five games. The race for the playoffs continues to tighten up, with Florida and Buffalo trying to force their way into the Eastern Conference's top eight, while Montreal, the Rangers, Pittsburgh and Carolina all look to hold on. In Albany, newly turned pro Jamie McBain scored his first goal with the River Rats last night.

Coach MO
I caught part of Coach Maurice interview last night on 99.9. To his credit, he was candid and avoided most of the usual coach speak. Also, pretty darn funny in a few spots.
If there is a link to the entire hour , I am sure your readers would enjoy hearing the
broadcast.
WRALSportsfan.com (I think) usually does post the entire canes corner audio (broken into three parts). They usually take a day or two to have it up…. But they do post it.
