I wouldn’t be surprised if they had a few Caniacs at RDU even with a loss. However, while we’re waiting I highly recommend Puck Daddy’s latest take on the game tonight. I love the strange Bruin-fan you-tube guy at the end.

Yup, these guys are wicked dangerous when they get rolling. We had them down and then throw a boner listless effort like this. Pitiful, hope Mo goes apeshit and turns these guys around. Mo never gives up squat when he’s playing a game.

ah don;t blame the refs, maybe on seidenberg penalty and pp, which i didnt see, but 2nd goal was all canes fault
pas went through 3 guys, some reason our guys on the ice were staal, walker, larose, seidenberg and babchuck – all mixed up combos, didnt notice at the time but i guess we got caught up in a line change and missed assignments, with 3 guys skating down too far.
Yeah, I can at least see the other calls, if I don’t like them, but the one on seids was crazy; I saw they were calling something and I thought “finally, they’re gonna call that crap they’re pulling on seidenberg” — when it was him with the penalty, I was flabbergasted.
We’re still playing our game, but we’re a bit too loose/sloppy. We have to do better at keeping the puck when we push through into their zone; they’re winning all those scrums at the corners of the net that we usually get.

If you go to http://www.canescountry.com/ from the iPhone (and presumably other mobile browsers) it tries to redirect you to mobile.canescountry.com, which I assume no longer works since the move to SBNation — at least, it appears to not be a valid hostname.
watson is getting cut up by chucky. I may not be able to finish the game. I loathe watson, he should be banned from the league. I just can’t take much more of his blatent cheating against our team.

just forget it guys… the refs wont help us at all and this game is pretty much lost. Just don’t send a death threat to watson because the police will get ya (i.e. the kid who threatened oviechicken)

I read his blog. The Bruins don’t get many penalties called on them because they play physically but within the rules. It’s pretty cool, check it out sometime.

The ’Canes have won 5 of the last 6.
Against playoff caliber teams, unless one side and lays down see Montreal this year, you’re bound to have games like this.
It’ll still be 3-2 and I like those odds going back to the RBC Center.

So, what I should have said to start was…
In my humble opinion I did not see any give up in the team. I saw them skate for a while until Boston took them out of their game. I saw the B’s goaltender play great and I saw a different Bruins team than before. I have faith this will be straightened out in Cardiac Canes fashion Tuesday night.

when you don’t try, and you are undisciplined, and you get out hit, outskated, out shot and outhustled, you tend to commit penalties.
Completely agree. The refs were not the problem.
What the ’Canes did on the ice was. I am not worried though. A game like this is good and will help keep the ’Canes grounded.
Before I hear talk of momentum shifts, I remind you of Friday’s game. If “momentum shifts” are real, the ‘Canes would’ve won easily tonight.

On Stanley’s Cup of Chowder, I read a Bruin fan say the “hate for the ’Canes is on due to their cheap shots” or something like that.

What a
a real stinker by the ‘Canes. Carolina didn’t skate at all until it was too late. Started to look like they were figuring out the B’s trap right before the 4th goal……Oh well, I really didn’t expect to win this game. In the long run, I guess I’d rather see a stinker like this and none of our guys get hurt, than a hard fought loss with a costly injury.
