Chad LaRose signs with the Hurricanes!!

Yeah!!! Chad LaRose has signed with the Hurricanes this afternoon, on similar terms to what Jokinen was given. I think that we will see Chad have a great year, and it wouldn't surprise me to see him score close to 30 goals. The last few months of the seaons and the playoffs show what he can do if you give him some ice time and some good linemates. (Maybe they could even give him some time on the power play).

I saw you called this deal (same term$ as Jussi) at 9:30 this morning over on another thread. And nobody here really noticed, did they. Won’t make that mistake again now that your sources are revealed.. =-D

He hadn’t been offered that deal when I wrote that. It was a fair bit more than what he had been offered to that point, and what I thought he might be willing to accept to be able to stay here. Maybe JR read my post and decided to try and offer it to him! :-))
