Really liked this Sports Illustrated piece on the new Tampa Bay Lightning coach. Seems he is taking an innovative approach to changing things up with his players' shifts. Proof will be in the pudding long-term, but hopefully other coaches will see the positives of trying new things to help teams develop a new identity rather than just keep banging heads against a wall and hoping for the best:
