This afternoon, the NHL released the names of the players selected to be on ballots for the All Star game. Eric Staal, Cam Ward, and Joni Pitkanen made the cut for the Hurricanes. Of course, fans still have the ability to write in their own candidates. More about that later. Voting starts on Monday, November 15.
There are 18 goalies, 29 defensemen, and 53 forwards on the ballots. For details, check out this link.
