Player of the week part deux....
This Saturday Canes will be hosting the Phoenix Coyotes and left wing Taylor Pyatt.
The 28 year old was signed as a free agent to a one year deal with the Coyotes in September of this year. To date he has 9G & 8A, he scored his 100th career goal 3/10/10.
He hails from none other than Thunder Bay Ont. (anyone surprised?) His dad was drafted by the Red Wings in 1973 and also played for the Capitals and Colorado Rockies (haven't heard that in a while), his brother Tom (who's eyes are equally as pretty) currently plays for the Montreal Canadiens.
His favorite player is Mark Messier, fav band is Cold Play. He has a dog named Ranger (awww).
enjoy!

Yeah, if anyone has any suggestions Jen and I are open to them! It’s harder than it seems especially as the season goes on.

Hmmm… I should perhaps learn what his jersey number is before tomorrow night’s game.

I love that his eyes stand out even at a distance. And yeah he is ginormous. Every time he was on the ice, my mom would make a comment about how much bigger he was than everyone else.
