NHLPA Auctioning Olympics Game Worn Jerseys
The NHLPA is in the process of auctioning off Olympics game worn jerseys in eBay. Last week completed Team Canada's turn, with Eric Staal's number 21 fetching a very respectable $2,550. All proceeds go to the "Hockey for Haiti" fund.
Team USA's jerseys are available this week. Tim Gleason's number 4 still has three days to go and is currently at $400. It's still not too late to get a bid in on Patrick Kane's number 88. His sweater is presently bid up to a cool $4,000.
Next week will be interesting. Team Finland hits the auction block.

Help out Gulf Fishermen!
I understand that Laraque is heading this effort and he has ties to Haiti but news reports are telling a story that there is so much aid in Haiti now that they will never be able to get it out to the people in time.
I propose to divert the aid to Americans in the Gulf who are affected by either diminishing tourism dollars to ruined livelihoods resulting from the oil spill.
Let’s help out Americans for a change! Our administrations are better at assisting other countries than our own.
