The Canes have finally gotten around to announcing a draft viewing party.  Link is here.  Not much info.  The party will be at the new Rudino's Sports Corner on the corner of Edwards Mill Road and Duraleigh Road in Raleigh.  Here's a map.  It's in the Harris Teeter shopping center by the RBC Center.

Details released so far:  Event starts at 6:30 and draft starts at 7:00.  Typical Cool Bar events will be there (raffles, storm squad, Ron the Ref).  Johnny Sideburns and a player (as yet unnamed) will be in attendance providing analysis.

Just a tip from a local, this location is not very large, so if you are planning on attending, you probably want to be there before 6:30.  This place does a brisk amount of business after work on Friday as is and it's not overly large (figure about half the size of the newer Ale Houses).
