This is what happens when I don't have hockey to watch:
Just flipping through some player stats on eliteprospects.com, I stumbled across the fact that Jussi Jokinen has a younger brother named Juho that's a defenseman in the Finnish league, Kärpät. I didn't know this, did anyone else?
Anyways, just thought I'd share my findings. I didn't do much research, but here's a picture.
October can't come fast enough...

i was thinking the same thing as i looked at his “jersey” and i thought of either grand-am or form1or a indy light series…hehehe..but there in many parts of europe they have sponsors all over the place on their helmets & jerseys…thanks SS we appreciate the efforts…

I knew he has a brother who plays because it’s on his Wikipedia page (along with the disclaimer that he’s not related to the other Jokinen).
I never before paid attention to where he played, but I think SM-Liiga is the top league in Finland. Kärpät is where both Jussi and Joni started their hockey careers, and it’s in the same league with rivals Jokerit and HIFK (where the Ruutus started).

Today is
and makes us a day closer to not only training camp…but one day less until Friday Oct.01,2010 for the Canes & The Checkers…as they play that day…29 more days to go !! and counting…And in all Honestly..I never knew the Juice had a brother who played at a high level of Hockey…that’s why I love this place…one can learn so much …: )
