Murphy Gets Shutout and Dalpe Game-Winner: Canes 1, Rangers 0

The prospects of the Carolina Hurricanes picked up their first win of the Traverse City tournament Sunday evening as they slipped past the New York Rangers prospects, 1-0.   Mike Murphy earned the shutout as he stopped all 33 Rangers' shots. 

Zac Dalpe knocked in the game-winning goal with just 55 seconds to play in regulation.  Michal Jordan and Kyle Lawson were credited with the assists.  Check out the official gamesheet at this link.

Next up will be the Blue Jackets on Tuesday for the "junior" Canes.
