Canes Country Radio 11/3/11
Another Thursday means another episode of Canes Country Radio for your pregame listening pleasure. This week, Bob, Carolyn and I discuss the impact of Jussi Jokinen's injury and what it could mean for players further down the lineup who are competing for ice time in its wake. We also touch on the discussion of whether the Canes actually have a #1 line anymore given the ice time distribution of late, and some surprises - good and bad - from the first month of the season.
Listen now in the Flash player at http://www.canescountryradio.com. You can also listen through iTunes or by subscribing in your RSS reader.
Enjoy!

Guys, the Podcast is awesome and much appreciated. However the mike levels particularly for Bob are horrible and make the show almost unlistenable. (turn off the reverb!)
Other than that keep up the great work!!!
Listened using the browser, no issues. ITunes download however was unlistenable, it was distorted beyond recognition. Thanks for the podcast.

This is a really great feature, Brian. Thanks for taking the time to set it up and get it rolling. Very good insight as always from all of you and I appreciate it.
As far as feedback on the feedback, I listened on my laptop via CC link. Bob’s voice was just a little “tinny” compared to Brian’s or Carolyn’s, but really no issue in being able to listen or understand. Did not try iTunes.
Bravo so far...
Not done listening yet but I am sure glad you guys discussed the point that the loses with Bouch in the pipes really cannot all be layed on his doorstep. I really do think he can steal some games for us but defense has not helped the situation for whatever reason.
Manny oh Manny…we should have kept him…
So far no issues listening via a PC.
RAKASTAN SUOMEN!!
I was thinking afterward that when the Canes had Manny, Ward was not an option because of the 2 separate injuries. The team had to deal with it and not treat Legace as an “oh shucks, why is Maurice using him?” Does that make sense?
When everybody had to pull together because of Ward’s injury, it’s a different mentality from when it’s just the back up in a rotation. And when Ward came back at the end of the season, I believe Legace couldn’t get it done (an OT loss to Ottawa, and a bad outing in Tampa Bay, IIRC)
