Well here's a passing thought...

Both have had 60 pt seasons. Both have had injury and some really really crappy seasons. However I think when Booth was on top of his game he was a game changer. Binky was just that, he got Staal to earn his check and was good support. Both play physical hockey, yet here again I think Booth is better. Though I will caveat Cole suckiness seems to be ending and he is playing harder. Those 15 and 16pt seasons still bring vomit up as I think about his frenchy departure. I think, and yea this is alot of maybe stuff, the 'Nucks will shed Booth. Long contract I think like 4 mill or so. If he gets his game back and most bets are that he will, we getan awsome winger who just had an awful season and would be 8th in scoring on our pathetic squad and within 7 of 4th place. While Ruu is listed as center only one winger scored more points and thats Rosie. I think it was 08 that Booth had his break out season and I dunno how many of you remember but he sorta went through Canes like a bowling ball through pins. I think Cane hockey and org. would fit Booth, the 'Nucks won't bend an iota to fit in anybody, they don't have to. Our team would bend over, twist, snort broken glass and prolly many other things for a 60 pt winger. Is Booth that? Can we get him? He's played top dog and with the elite in the league. No risk, no reward. I think he could be had for a song or a servicable goalie. Dunno. Anybody else a Booth fan?
