Interesting, the 35 year old could be the physical guy we need.
At this point in his career is he a guy we should target?
I know we have Eric as the captain and some decent leadership in place but cant overlook the value of adding more a veteran leadership role and a guy willing to get nasty when its needed. I think he could be a good fit on the Canes, although I don't know of many places he wouldn't be a good fit. If he was in our top 6 I think it really improves our team and proves to the fan base that the organization is really committed to playing deep in the playoffs.
Would you slot him with the Staals or put him with Skinner? I think putting him with Skinner might be the smartest option.
