Keep Pushin' - Bruins at Hurricanes Pre-Game

Apparently, everyone made it home safe and sound after yesterday's fiasco at the Rock in New Jersey. Carolina has no choice now but to put yesterday's 5-1 beatdown behind them, lick their wounds, and "keep pushin' on" as the saying goes. The Boston Bruins are in town for a big game for both teams tonight.

Joe "Uh-Oh" Jensen was returned to the River Rats this morning in a move that can only mean better days for the Hurricanes dressing room clean-up crew. It also means that Erik Cole is probably ready to return to the ice. Both Cole and Ray Whitney attended the morning skate and are "probable" for tonight.

There are currently not any new reports of other players taking ill to the flu, but of course we will never know for sure until we show up at the rink. Hopefully Joe Corvo, Tim Gleason, and Scott Walker are all closer to 100%. Cam Ward will return to the net. The rest of the Hurricanes should be fired up and will be looking for a season sweep over the Bruins.

The Canes have won 4 in a row at home, but can they keep that streak alive? Game time is at 7 and it will not be broadcast locally on FSN. Don't forget, the first 10,000 fans will receive an Eric Staal figurine!
