Hurricanes Newsstand — April 1

The Hurricanes are having their final full day of rest before gearing up for the season's remaining five games. The race for the playoffs continues to tighten up, with Florida and Buffalo trying to force their way into the Eastern Conference's top eight, while Montreal, the Rangers, Pittsburgh and Carolina all look to hold on. In Albany, newly turned pro Jamie McBain scored his first goal with the River Rats last night.
