Due to conflicts at the arena in Boston, the Hurricanes did not practice on the ice Saturday in preparation for game two on Sunday night. Instead, they had a video session and team meeting. Paul Maurice said that the problem with game one was between the player's ears, and was not going to be fixed with ice time anyway.
Most of the news out and about favors Boston, and why not? The Hurricanes have not performed any better than the Habs so far and after one game, have certainly not given Boston fans any reason for concern.
