The Carolina Hurricanes are in Montreal to take on the Canadiens tonight at the Bell Center. The Habs might be the perfect opponent for the Canes to face after their embarrassment at the hands of the Flyers on Thursday night. Much like the success rate the Flyers enjoy over the Canes, the visitors seem to do very well while in Montreal.
The Canes are 8-0-2 at the Bell Center in their last 10 meetings.
Carolina will be sticking with the same lineup as in previous games.
- Staal, Samsonov, LaRose
- Ruutu, Cole, Skinner
- Sutter, Dwyer, Tlusty
- Matsumoto, Kostopoulos, Jokinen
- Gleason, Corvo
- Harrison, Babchuk
- Pitkanen, McBain
Cam Ward gets the nod in net.
Ward will be facing Carey Price, who has had a great start to his season so far.
The Habs are currently in first place in the Northeast Division with 21 points. They have won their last two in a row. Our SBN partner Habs Eyes On The Prize should have more.
The game will be televised locally by FS Carolinas starting at 7.
