The Carolina team arrived late and did not have a morning skate today. There is no confirmation who the starting goaltender will be, but most likely Cam Ward will get the nod since the team is coming off a long break. The Canes competed in a tough, physical matchup last night in Dallas and skated away with a 2-1 shootout loss.
Jiri Tlusty is the only Hurricanes player who is currently streaking as he has goals in two consecutive games.
