Congratulations to the Chicago Blackhawks, their organization, and their fans. Not only were they the better team in this series against the Flyers, they were the best team during the entire postseason. After 49 years, the drought is over.
Patrick (20 cent) Kane got the game winner and suddenly driving cabs in Chicago and Buffalo is once again the most dangerous job in America, at least during this summer.
Congrats also goes to the Flyers, a team who refused to quit no matter how many times they fell behind. All they did was battle and battle all postseason long. It will be interesting to see what they do about the goalie position next season and what happens to Michael Leighton.
