Update: Jokinen and Wallace clear waivers
Both of the Canes who were placed on waivers yesterday cleared this afternoon, and Tim Wallace has been assigned to AHL Charlotte.

LaRose activated; Jokinen, Wallace on waivers
The Hurricanes made big news Tuesday morning coming off a four-day break. Chad LaRose has been activated from injured reserve after missing ten games with a concussion, and Jussi Jokinen & Tim Wallace have been placed on waivers.
