As the Carolina Hurricanes take the ice at the PNC Arena for the first time this season, Jeff Skinner is expected be in the lineup after missing Tuesday’s game against the Detroit Red Wings with a middle-body injury. However, Bill Peters says Skinner is a game-time decision. Here is what is expected after morning skate:
