As the Carolina Hurricanes take the ice at the PNC Arena for the first time this season, Jeff Skinner is expected be in the lineup after missing Tuesday’s game against the Detroit Red Wings with a middle-body injury. However, Bill Peters says Skinner is a game-time decision. Here is what is expected after morning skate:

Pavel Buchnevich is back in the Rangers’ lineup after being out of the lineup since Oct. 15 due to back spasms. Also, defenseman Dylan McIlrath is headed to the Hartford Wolf Pack of the AHL after clearing waivers today.

This is how the Rangers lined up last game; expect Buchnevich to take the injured Jooris’ spot on the right wing. It was announced yesterday Henrik Lundqvist will get the start in net.
