Knotted up at one goal apiece with the Penguins in the second period, the Carolina Hurricanes were able to regain the lead.

A great play at the line by Sebastian Aho led to a great skill move from Teuvo Teravainen that set up Lee Stempniak with a prime chance in front.

It’s Stempniak’s seventh goal of the season. Teravainen (8) and Aho (12) got the assists.
