The Carolina Hurricanes made short work of clawing their way back into Saturday night’s game against the New York Islanders, and they capped off the second period with their third unanswered goal to take a 4-3 lead.

Brock McGinn hit Brett Pesce with a beautiful cross-ice pass in the offensive zone and the American blueliner didn’t make a mistake.

It’s Pesce’s second goal of the season. McGinn got the lone assist on the goal, his sixth of the year and second of the night.
