The Carolina Hurricanes and Boston Bruins played game number 636 of the 2017-18 NHL season on Saturday night at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. It did not go well for the visitors. Patrice Bergeron scored four goals and nothing went right for the Canes in a 7-1 demolition.

Let’s be honest, you want to read words about last night’s game about as much as I want to write them. So, for your viewing pleasure, here are some GIFs that are much more entertaining than the embarrassment the Canes endured tonight.

Oh, by the way, this is where we should point out that Sebastian Aho injured his lower leg on a first-period awkward fall that didn’t look good at all. Anyway, back to the GIFs!

(ed. note: y’all can google this one, this is a family blog)

But finally, as @HMof2 points out...

Sleep well, everyone. Let us never speak of this again.

Here’s your chance - God help us - to weigh in on how you think the team performed tonight. Upvote the players you, uh, think played well and downvote the ones who didn’t.
