- Retired NHL goaltender and 2013 Stanley Cup champion Ray Emery drowned in a tragic swimming accident in Hamilton early yesterday morning.

- Emery’s last two NHL games were played against the Carolina Hurricanes in April of 2015, both of which he posted an identical two goals allowed and a save percentage of .923%.
