  • The NHL has suspended Michael McCarron of the Nashville Predators for two games for an illegal check to the head of Lightning forward Yanni Gourde. [NBC Sports]
  • Notably silent superstar Connor McDavid spoke out about the NHL re-scheduling a game to the same day as the memorial of former teammate Colby Cave. [Yahoo Sports]
